- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service, I called to find out information as to how to file a complaint and I could barely get a word in. The woman that answered the phone was very short and abrupt in speaking and kept cutting me off like she was in a hurry to hang up. Was not polite, nor friendly. The first thing she did as I attempted to speak to her was to try to place me on hold to answer another call when clearly she wasn't working alone because someone else got to it before she did...I WAS NOT DIALING THE 911 line for her to be in such a hurry to cut me off. She didnt seem to care or even want to take the time to listen to me as she was too busy cutting me off!By Josie Nieves, April 19, 2017
